摘要:采用被迫式负重游泳制备疲劳应激模型,从负重游泳时间、血清尿素氮、肝糖原、血乳酸和红细胞携氧能力等指标,研究了一种茶饮料缓解体力疲劳的效果。动物实验结果显示,与对照组(FC 组)相比,模拟疲劳样品处理组(FS 组)负重游泳时长显著延长(P<0.05),血清BUN 含量和乳酸曲线下面积显著下降(P<0.01),红细胞总数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)和红细胞压积(HCT)有升高趋势(P>0.05)。以上结果说明茶饮料可以通过清除血液乳酸和降低尿素氮水平,延长动物实验中负重游泳时长,达到缓解疲劳效果。

Efficacy Evaluation of a Tea Beverage on Alleviating Physical Fatigue

Abstract: The fatigue stress model was prepared by forced weight-bearing swimming. The effect of tea beverage onalleviating physical fatigue were studied from the indicators of weight-bearing swimming duration,the concentrationof serum urea nitrogen,liver glycogen,and blood lactic acid,and erythrocyte oxygen carrying capacity. The resultsof animal experiments showed that compared with the control group (FC group),the swimming duration of thesimulated fatigue sample treatment group(FS group)was significantly prolonged(P<0.05),the content of serumBUN and the area under the lactic acid curve decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the total number of red bloodcells(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB)and hematocrit(HCT)showed an increasing trend(P>0.05). The above resultsshowed that by clearing blood lactic acid and reducing the level of urea nitrogen,the duration of forced weightbearingswimming in animal experiments got prolonged to achieve the effect of fatigue relief.
