摘要：目的：建立一种液液萃取净化的高效液相色谱法测红茶中的赭曲霉毒素A 的方法。方法：试样经60%乙腈超声提取，液液萃取净化，以甲醇～0.5%乙酸梯度洗脱，C18 短柱分离后经高效液相色谱仪-荧光检测器检测。结果：赭曲霉毒素A 在10.00μg/L～50.00μg/L 浓度范围，相关系数为1.00000，加标回收率为83%～98%，RSD 为1.11%～2.47%，检出限为0.0052mg/kg。结论：仪器20min 完成一个样品测定，方法检测速度快，同时具有净化效果好，精密度和准确度高的特点。

Determination of Ochratoxin A in Black Tea by Liquid-Liquid Extraction HPLC

Abstract: Objective: A method for determination of ochratoxin A in black tea by liquid extraction and purificationwith high performance liquid chromatography was established. Methods：The samples were ultrasonically extractedby 60% acetonitrile，purified by liquid-liquid extraction，eluted by gradient elution of methanol～0.5% acetic acid，separated by C18 short column and detected by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector. Results：The concentration of ochratoxin A ranged from 10.00μg/L to 50.00μg/L；the correlation coefficient was 1.00000，therecoveries were 83% to 98%；RSDS were 1.11% to 2.47%；and the detection limit was 0.0052mg/kg. Conclusion:The method can complete the determination of a sample in 20 minutes，which has the characteristics of fast detectionspeed，good purification effect，high precision and accuracy.
