摘要：对阿勒泰地区大果沙棘进行检测，分析其质量现状。以阿勒泰地区的大果沙棘为样本，采用阿贝折射仪、紫外分光光度计和高效液相色谱仪等对沙棘鲜果的外观指标和内在品质指标进行测定。结果显示，沙棘水分含量相对较高，含水量均达到80%以上，可溶性固形物含量在15.82g/100g～17.70g/100g 之间，总酸含量在1.84g/100g～2.37g/100g 之间，维生素C 含量最高达791.8mg/100g，总黄酮含量高于120mg/100g，满足沙棘鲜果质量等级指标要求。通过此次检测，初步掌握了阿勒泰大果沙棘的质量情况，为阿勒泰地区大果沙棘质量标准的制定和生产沙棘汁饮料提供参考。

Research on Quality Analysis of Large Fruit Sea-buckthorn in Altay Region

Abstract: To detection of large fruit sea buckthorn in Altay area，analyze its quality status.Largefruit sea-buckthornvarieties in Altay region were used as the testing materials，to determine appearance index and intrinsic quality indexof fresh sea-buckthorn fruit by Abbe refractometer，UV spectrophotometer and high performance liquid chromatograph，etc. The results showed that the water content of sea-buckthorn was relatively high，and the moisture content is above80%. Soluble solid content is between 15.82g/100g～17.70g/100g the total acid content was between 1.84g/100g～2.37g/100g；Vitamin C content up to 791.8mg/100g，the total flavonoid content was higher than 120mg/100g，whichmet the requirements of fresh fruit quality index of seabuckthorn. Through this test，the quality of Altay large fruitsea- buckthorn has been preliminarily grasped. It provides a reference for the formulation of the quality standard oflarge fruit sea-buckthorn and production of sea-buckthorn juice in the Altay area.
