摘要:目的:对高效液相色谱法测定金银花中吡虫啉残留量的不确定度进行评定。方法:建立高效液相色谱法测定金银花中吡虫啉残留量的不确定度模型,分析影响测量不确定度的主要因素,包括标准储备液的配制、系列标准工作溶液的配制、标准曲线拟合、样品处理、测量重复性,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果:该方法测量不确定度主要来源于校准曲线的配制,其次为系列标准曲线的拟合。结论:当样品中吡虫啉残留量为0.91mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.04mg/kg(k=2,包含因子P=95%)。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in the Determination of Residues in Honeysuckle Lonicera Japonica by HPLC

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the uncertainty in the measurement of imidacloprid residues in honeysuckle by highperformanceliquid chromatography. Method: Establish an uncertainty model for the determination of imidaclopridresidues in Lonicera japonica by high-performance liquid chromatography,analyze the main factors affecting measurementuncertainty,including the preparation of the standard stock solution,series of standard working solutions,standard curve fitting,sample processing,measurement repeatability,calculate the synthetic standard uncertainty andexpanded uncertainty. Result: The measurement uncertainty of this method mainly comes from the preparation ofcalibration curves,followed by the fitting of series standard curves. Conclusion: When the residual amount ofimidacloprid in the sample is 0.91 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty is 0.04 mg/kg(k=2,coverage factor P=95%).
