摘要:本研究将岗位导向教学法运用于《食品安全与质理管理学》课程教学中,探讨该教学方法的应用价值。以相似学情的两届学生各45 人为研究对象。应用岗位导向教学法,将企业岗位工作任务与《食品安全与质量管理学》课程教学进行有机结合,从而围绕教学方法及考核方式进行改革与探索。课程结束后,通过对调查问卷数据分析,与传统教学相比较,运用岗位导向教学法的班级同学在学习目标、学习兴趣、课堂专注力、知识掌握水平及课程满意度方面,均比传统教学方法有显著的提高。而对于原本学习被动生的调查,该教学方法在学习目标、学习专注力等方面让他们显著受益。综上所述,岗位导向教学法可以较理想地应用于《食品安全与质量管理学》课程教学中,取得较理想的教学效果。

Exploration and Practice of Job-Oriented Teaching Method in the Course of Food Safetyand Quality Management

Abstract: This study applies the job-oriented teaching method to the teaching of the course Food Safety and QualityManagement,and explores the application value of this teaching method. The research subjects were 45 studentsfrom each of the two semesters with similar academic backgrounds. By applying the job-oriented teaching method,the task of enterprise job positions is organically combined with the teaching of the course“Food Safety and QualityManagement”,in order to reform and explore teaching methods and assessment methods. After the course,throughthe analysis of survey questionnaire data,compared with traditional teaching methods,the students in the class whoused job-oriented teaching methods showed significant improvements in learning objectives,learning interests,classroomfocus,knowledge mastery level,and course satisfaction compared to traditional teaching methods. For the survey ofstudents who were originally passive learners,this teaching method has significantly benefited them in terms oflearning objectives,learning focus,and other aspects. In summary,the job-oriented teaching method can be ideallyapplied to the teaching of the course“Food Safety and Quality Management”,achieving ideal teaching results.
