摘要：本文共收集了含天麻的保健食品133 个配方，运用中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）和Excel 2007 软件对收集到的配方进行分析，从配方功能、用药频次、性味归经、常用药物组合以及对具有改善睡眠功能的含天麻保健食品配方数据分析。本研究通过数据挖掘，客观地呈现了含天麻的保健食品配方用药和用药规律，其研究结果可为天麻在保健食品领域的应用和开发提供参考依据，另外，天麻正在进行食药两用试点工作，后期放开后，该研究也为天麻在普通食品领域的产品开发提供参考。

Study on Formula Application of Gastrodia Rhizoma Health Food

Abstract: In this study，133 formulas of Gastrodia Rhizoma health food were collected and the formula function，medication frequency，tropism of nature and taste，formula data of health food containing gastrodia Rhizoma withsleep improving function were analyzed by using the Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform （v2.5） andExcel 2007 software. This study objectively presents the prescription and medication regular of Gastrodia Rhizomahealth food through data mining. The research results can provide a reference for the application and development ofGastrodia Rhizoma health food. In addition，Gastrodia Rhizoma was carrying out the pilot work of homology ofmedicine and food. After the later release，this study also provides a reference for the product development ofGastrodia elata in the field of common food.
