摘要:海参作为海珍品因其较高的营养价值而深受国内消费者喜爱,其开发利用过程中的副产物如蒸煮废液、海参内脏的产生量逐年攀升,造成严重的环境污染与资源浪费。本论文综述了海参废弃物的开发应用现状,并对其加工与利用前景进行展望,旨在为海参废弃物进一步开发利用提供参考。

Comprehensive Development and Application of Sea Cucumber Waste

Abstract: Sea cucumber,as a marine treasure,has been favored by domestic consumers because of its high nutritionalvalue in recent years. The production of waste products such as cooking waste liquid and sea cucumber viscera in theprocess of its development and utilization has been increasing year by year,resulting in serious environmentalpollution and resource waste. This paper summarized the development and application status of sea cucumber waste,and prospects its processing and utilization,in order to provide reference for the further development and utilizationof sea cucumber waste.
