摘要:阐述了机器人码垛机的主要结构,基于对机器人码垛机工作原理的理解,优化改善了码垛机夹具方管,建立码垛机夹具方管优化模型,借助ANSYS Workbench 对夹具方管进行有限元分析,根据典型工况载荷下整体位移变形量与应力分析结果,确定最终优化设计方案。经过优化设计,减轻了机器人码垛机夹具的重量,降低了机器人的能耗。

Optimal Design of Fixture for Robot Palletizing Machine Based on ANSYS

Abstract: The main structure of robot palletizing machine is described. Based on the understanding of the workingprinciple of robot palletizing machine,the square tube is improved by optimization. The optimized model ofpalletizing machine fixture square tube is established,and the finite element analysis of fixture square tube is carriedout by ANSYS Workbench. According to the results of the overall displacement deformation and stress analysis undertypical working conditions,the final optimal design scheme is determined. After the optimization design,the weightof the robot palletizing fixture is reduced,and the energy consumption of the robot is reduced.
