“发酵工程原理”课程思政教学设计与探索

摘要:课程思政教育是当前高职院校落实“立德树人”根本任务和健全“三全育人”的重要实践途径。《发酵工程原理》是生物工程、食品科学与工程等专业的核心课程,教学内容具有悠久的历史以及较强的前沿性、实践性和应用性,是思政教育课程设计和实践探索的有效靶点。本文以河北农业大学理工系食品科学与工程专业《发酵工程原理》课程为例,对课程中蕴含的思政元素进行挖掘和设计,建立“深入挖掘—无痕设计—多元实施—综合评价—循环改进”的课程教学改革和保障体系,将专业教学和思政教育有机融合,为新工科专业课程思政教学设计与实践探索提供借鉴。

Teaching Design and Exploration of Ideological and Political Education in Principles of FermentationEngineering

Abstract: The improvement of the“three complete education”at higher vocational colleges is made possible by theideological and political education of the curriculum,which is a practical approach to carry out the primary mission of“developing morals and cultivating people.”The foundational course for bioengineering,food science and engineering,and other degrees is called“Principles of Fermentation Engineering.”The educational material has a rich past andstrong frontiers,as well as being practical and applicable. It makes a focal point for developing ideological andpolitical education curricula and practical investigation. This article takes the course“Principles of FermentationEngineering”in the department of food science and engineering at hebei agricultural university as an example toexplore and design the ideological and political elements contained in the course. It also establishes a curriculumteaching reform and guarantee system of“deep excavation-traceless design-multiple implementations-comprehensiveevaluation-circular improvement”. which organically integrates professional teaching and ideology. This paper contributesto the reference material for developing new engineering courses' political and ideological content.
