摘要:建立了全自动湿法消解–氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法同时对水中痕量硒(Se)和砷(As)元素进行分析测定的方法。标准曲线线性关系良好(r≥ 0.9995),方法加标回收率(n=6)为89.0%~104.2%,RSD 值(n=6)为1.3%~6.4%,方法检出限分别为0.048μg/L 及0.051μg/L。该法具有操作简单和高效分析的优点,并成功用于大批量水中硒和砷的同时定量分析。关键词:全自动湿法消解;原子荧光;管网水;硒;砷

Abstract: Trace amounts of selenium and arsenic in water were determined by Automatic wet digestion- atomicFluorescence spectrometry. The linear correlations of standard curves were good(r≥0.9995). The recovery rate was inthe range of 89.0% to 104.2%(n=6),and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of this method was(n=6)between1.3% and 6.4%. The detection limit of selenium and arsenic were 0.048μg/L and 0.051μg/L. This method has theadvantages of simple operation and efficient analysis,and were successfully used for the determination of seleniumand arsenic in quantities of water.
