摘要：随着对益生菌的持续研究，特别是益生菌在肠道中的作用机制逐渐清晰，与益生菌相关的技术更加成熟，为进一步研究益生菌在肠道菌群中的作用提供了依据。本文介绍了益生菌的作用、研究现状及发展前景。

Abstract: The continuous research on probiotics helps us better understand them, especially the action mechanism ofprobiotics in the intestine is gradually clear, and the technology related to probiotics is more mature, which provides asolid foundation for further research on their role in the intestinal flora. This paper introduces the role of probiotics,related intestinal flora and the research status and development of the role of probiotics in the study of intestinal flora.
