微胶囊技术在食品中的应用研究

摘要:微胶囊作为一种新型的容器,用于封存固体、液体、气体。当前,微胶囊新技术在食品包装、医药等领域具有广泛的应用背景。通过对微胶囊技术(超声波喷雾干燥、复合凝聚等)的深入研究、讨论并总结了其在食品中的应用。希望为研究人员提供设计灵感和设计思路。

Research on the Application of Microcapsule Technology in Food

Abstract: As a new type of container,microcapsule is used to store solid,liquid and gas. At present,the newmicrocapsule technology has a wide application background in food packaging,medicine and other fields. Through indepthresearch on microcapsule technology(ultrasonic spray drying,composite coagulation,etc.),this application infood is discussed and summarized. This paper discusses and summarizes its application in food,aiming to providedesign inspiration and design ideas for researchers.Key words: microcapsulary;spray drying;vomplex coacervation;application
