摘要：本文研究含乳饮料中乙二胺四乙酸二钠的含量，样品经纯水提取，三氯化铁络合后经高效液相色谱仪测定。结果表明：在0.5μg/mL～50μg/mL 曲线范围内，相关系数为r2=1，检出限为5mg/kg，回收率为86%～102%。表明此方法简单可行，灵敏度高，精密度好，可用于含乳饮料中乙二胺四乙酸二钠的检测。

Determination of Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid Disodium in Milk Drinks by High-performanceLiquid Chromatography

Abstract: The content of disodium Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in milk drinks was studied. The samples wereextracted with pure water，complexed with ferric chloride and determined by HPLC. The results indicated that withinthe range of 0.5 and 50μg/mL Within the range of curve，the correlation coefficient is r2=1，the detection limit is5mg/kg，and the recovery rate is 86%～102%. This method is simple，feasible，sensitive and precise，and can beused for the determination of disodium Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in milk drinks.
