摘要:依据《环境监测分析方法标准制定技术导则》(HJ 168—2020)中方法验证的相关规定[1],对环境标准《水质汞、砷、硒、铋和锑的测定原子荧光法》(HJ 694—2014)所涉及汞的方法检出限、测定下限、精密度和准确度[2] 进行验证。本文选用方法检出限的2.5 倍和5 倍进行7 次平行测定,计算出检出限为0.02μg/L,测定下限为0.08μg/L,符合标准要求。精密度的相对标准偏差为0.41%~4.5%,准确度的相对标准偏差为0.26%~7.9%,均达到《地下水环境监测技术规范》(HJ 164—2020)中质量控制要求[3]。

Method Validation of Determination of Mercury in Groundwater by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

Abstract: According to HJ 168—2020 Technical guideline for the development of environmental monitoring analyticalmethod stangards,the method detection limit,the lower limit of detectionr,precision and accuracy of mercury inthe environmental standard HJ 694—2014 Water Quality - Determination of Mercury Arsenic,Selenium,Bismuthand Antimony - Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry were verified. In this article,2.5 times and 5 times of thedetection limit of the method were selected for seven parallel determinations. The result showed that the detectionlimit was 0.02μg/L,the lower limit of detection was 0.08μg/L,meeting the standard requirements. The relativestandard deviation of precision was 0.41%~4.5%,and the relative standard deviation of accuracy was 0.26%~7.9% , both of which met the quality control requirements of HJ 164—2020(Technical specifications forenvironmental monitoring of groundwater).
