摘要:建立了黑果腺肋花楸酒中6 种酚类物质的高效液相色谱-质谱测定方法,样品经10%乙醇稀释后使用高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪进行检测,在正离子多反应监测模式下采集,外标法定量。结果表明,绿原酸、表儿茶素、槲皮素、芦丁、白藜芦醇、矢车菊素6 种酚类物质在10.00-500.00ng/mL 浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2 均大于0.999,定量限均为10ng/mL;每种物质的低、中、高3 个浓度水平的加标回收率在84.7%~98.0%之间,相对标准偏差在1.1%~6.7%之间。该方法前处理简便、检测结果准确、可靠,可用于花楸酒中酚类物质的同时检测。

Determination of Phenolic Substances in Aronia Melanocarpa Wine by HPLC - Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: In this study,a HPLC-mass spectrometry method was established for the detection of 6 bioactive phenolicsubstances in Aronia melanocarpa wine. The method conditions were:as follows: ESI source positive ion mode,ionspray voltage 5000V,ion source temperature 550℃,gas curtain gas pressure 45 psi,and detection time 10 min.Results: The R2 of the curves of 6 phenolic substances was greater than 0.999. The recoveries of three levels of eachsubstance ranged from 84.7% to 98.0%,the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.1% to 6.7%,and the limits ofquantification were 10ng/mL. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used forsimultaneous detection of bioactive phenols in Aronia melanocarpa wine.
