摘要:建立了同时检测果汁中的乳酸、富马酸和羟甲基糠醛的高效液相色谱分离方法。采用YMC-pack ODSAQ色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为0.03%磷酸、2%甲醇水溶液,流速为0.4 mL/min~0.8mL/min,柱温为35℃。实验结果表明,乳酸和富马酸在210nm 处、羟甲基糠醛在280nm 处得到有效分离,相关系数分别为0.99951、0.99939 和0.99999。回收率分别为95.97%、98.54%和96.50%。该方法被成功地用于同时定量测定浓缩苹果汁中的乳酸、富马酸和羟甲基糠醛。

Simultaneous Determination of Lactic Acid,Fumaric Acid and Hydroxymethyl Furfural in ConcentratedApple Juice by Liquid Chromatography

Abstract: A HPLC method for simultaneous determination of lactic acid,fumaric acid and hydroxymethyl furfural infruit juice was developed. The chromatography was performed on an YMC-pack ODS-AQ column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)with mobile phase consisting of 0.03% phosphoric acid and 2% methanol solution. The flow rate was 0.4mL/min ~ 0.8mL/min and the column temperature was 35℃. The results showed that lactic acid and fumaric acid wereeffectively separated at 210nm and hydroxymethyl furfural at 280nm,and the correlation coefficients were 0.99951、0.99939 and 0.99999,respectively. The recoveries were 95.97%、98.54% and 96.50%,respectively. The method hasbeen successfully used for simultaneous quantitative determination of lactic acid,fumaric acid and hydroxymethylfurfural in concentrated apple juice.
