摘要:探讨颇尔SUPRAdisc II K250 型号深层纸板膜堆作为预过滤,组合Profile II 深层渐变孔径滤芯作为聚结过滤替代目前水溶性香精生产流程中常规除油萜工艺的可行性。整个实验过程中,水溶性香精以20L/h/10inch(升/小时/10 英寸)的恒定流速下,保持出口温度低于零下6℃的条件下,滤出液在经过分离罐上浮后,油滴从小油滴聚结成大油滴,从水相中有效分离。出口分离后水溶性香精水相经质控检测,产品符合质控要求。在整个4 h 的运行时间内,该套生产装置可有效处理约4 t 水溶性香精,计算总损耗低于0.5%(w/w)。颇尔SUPRAdisc II K250 型号深层纸板膜堆作为预过滤组合Profile II 深层渐变孔径滤芯以一种全新视角,开创性的引入聚结的概念替换原有的传统香精除油萜生产工艺。大大缩短了生产时间,提高效率和物料回收率。

Feasibility Study on Applying New Coalescence Filtration In Water-Soluble Flavor to Remove Oil Terpenes

Abstract: The feasibility of using Pall SUPRAdic II K250 depth filter module as prefiltration and combining ProfileII deep layer multiple graded pore cartridge as coalescence filtration to replace the conventional oil terpene removalprocess in the production process of water-soluble flavor was discussed. During the whole test,under the condition ofconstant flow rate of 20L/h/10inch (L/h/10inch) of water- soluble flavor and keeping the outlet temperature belowminus 6℃,the filtered liquid floatsed up through the separation tank,and the oil drops coalesced from small oildrops to large oil drops,hence were effectively separated from the water phase. The water phase of water- solubleflavor has passed the QA test,and the product met the quality control requirements. During the whole 4 hours ofproduction,the total loss was less than 0.5%(w/w). Pall SUPRAdic II K250 depth filter module,as prefiltration andcombining with Profile II deep layer multiple graded pore cartridge as coalescence filtration,could replace theconventional oil terpene removal process in a new perspective. It not only reduced production time largely,but alsoimproved efficiency and material recovery rate.
