摘 要：天麻为我国著名的传统中药材，其富含多种活性物质，具有广泛的药理作用，有助于疾病的预防。2019 年，国家卫生健康委批准天麻为食药试点物质，2023年11月，国家卫生健康委员会、国家市场监督管理总局联合发 布《关于党参等9种新增按照传统既是食品又是中药材的物质公告》，天麻名列其中，这预示着天麻保健食品的研 究开发将迎来新的热度。本文通过查阅文献，综述天麻的主要成分及提取方式、天麻的保健功能以及天麻在保健食 品中的应用情况，为进一步开发天麻产品提供参考。

Extraction of Chemical Constituents from Gastrodia elata and Its Application in Health Food

Abstract: Gastrodia elata is a famous traditional chinese medicinal herb in china，which is rich in various active substances and has a wide range of pharmacological effects，helping to prevent human diseases. In 2019，the National Health Commission approved Gastrodia elata as a pilot substance for food and medicine，and the development and application of Gastrodia elata health food will become a major research trend. This article reviews the main components and extraction methods of Gastrodia elata，its health functions，and its application in health foods through literature review，providing reference for further development of Gastrodia elata products.
