摘 要:大多数料液在进入蒸发器前需要预热至沸点或沸点以上的温度方可进行蒸发,预热分为直接预热与间接 预热两种,后者是蒸发器设计最为常见的预热形式,即采用间壁预热的形式对物料进行加热,长期应用来看,效果很 好;前者是将纯净的饱和蒸汽直接喷入到物料中加热到沸点或沸点以上的温度从而达到预热目的,二者的区别在于 前者没有传热面所以不容易结垢结焦,后者因为是通过间壁加热是通过传热面进行加热,所以容易产生结垢结焦, 本文就此对两者进行比较。

Comparison of Preheating of Two Kinds of Materials

Abstract: Most of the material liquid needs to be preheated to the boiling point or above the boiling point before entering the evaporator to evaporate. Preheating includes direct preheating and indirect preheating,the latter of which is the most common preheating form of evaporator design,that is,the use of partition preheating with good effect during long-term application. The former is the use of injection of saturated steam directly into the material to preheat to the boiling point or above the boiling point. The difference lies in the formation of scale and coking caused by the heat transfer surface. The former has no heat transfer surface so it is not easy to form scale and coking, the latter has heat transfer surface through the partition wall heating, so it is easy to produce scale and coking.
