《食品分析》课程教学改革探索

摘 要:以往的《食品分析》课程教学存在着课程目标单一、教学方法和考核方式单调等问题。通过改革探索,重构 了课程教学目标、全程“基因植入式”融入思政教育元素,应用智慧教学工具、引入科研前沿动态、关注新闻热点问 题、联系实际生产生活、采用费曼学习法,创建了“基础性-设计性-创新性”三段式实验教学模式,修改完善了考核评 价方法。教学改革以后,学生的思想政治引领得以加强,学习的主动性和学习兴趣得以提升,知识应用能力和实践 动手能力得以强化,学习成绩得以提高,成效显著。

Exploration of Teaching Reform in the Course of“Food Analysis”

Abstract: The previous teaching of“Food Analysis”had such problems as single course objectives,monotonous teaching methods and onefold assessment methods. Through reform and exploration,the curriculum teaching objectives have been restructured,and the entire process of“gene implantation”has been integrated with ideological and political education elements. A three-stage experimental teaching model of“foundational-design innovative”has been created by applying smart teaching tools, introducing cutting-edge scientific research trends,paying attention to news hot topics,linking practical production and life,and adopting feynman learning method. The assessment and evaluation methods have also been modified and improved. After the teaching reform,the ideological and political guidance for students has been strengthened. The students’initiative and interest in learning have been enhanced. Their ability to apply knowledge and practical skills have been strengthened. And their academic performance has been improved.
