摘 要:本研究采用水蒸气蒸馏法和旋转锥体柱技术提取新会柑皮精油,并利用气相色谱与质谱联用仪(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)对其挥发性成分进行分析。通过比较两种方法的提取率和抑菌能力, 探讨了旋转锥体柱技术在精油提取方面的应用。结果表明,旋转锥体柱法能够提高柑皮精油的提取率,并增加烯烃 类物质的含量,其中D-柠檬烯含量提升显著。水蒸气蒸馏法提取的柑皮精油中含氧单萜类物质含量较高。通过两 种方法提取的柑皮精油均具有一定的抑菌能力。本研究为旋转锥体柱技术在精油和其他香气物质提取方面的应用 提供了理论支持,有望推动相关产业的发展。

Chemical Composition and Antibacterial Effect Comparison of Essential Oil from Xinhui Citrus Peel by Two Extraction Methods

Abstract: In this study,the essential oil of Xinhui citrus peel was extracted by steam distillation and spinning cone column technology. The volatile components from the two kinds of Xinhui citrus peel essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. By comparing the extraction rates and antibacterial abilities of the two kinds of essential oil,the application of spinning cone column technology in the extraction of essential oil was explored. The results showed that the extraction rate of essential oil from citrus peel by spinning cone column method was higher,and the content of olefins in the essential oil was higher,among which the content of D-limonene was the most obvious. The content of oxygen-containing monoterpenoids in the essential oil of Xinhui citrus peel was higher. The two kinds of Xinhui citrus peel essential oil showed certain antibacterial ability,but the difference was not significant. This study can provide a theoretical reference for the extraction of essential oils or other aroma substances by spinning cone column technology.
