摘 要：文章通过统计对2020年—2023年云南省各地州471批次桶装饮用水监督抽检数据统计分析，发现不合 格桶装饮用水中检出铜绿假单胞菌共计20批次，检出率为4.2%，占不合格批次的71.4%，其中同一批次的5份样 品中，全部检出铜绿假单胞菌的有3个批次，占20批次不合格样品的15%；有部分地州样品甚至仅1份样品检出 铜绿假单胞菌的占100%。结合各地州实地调研分析，铜绿假单胞菌检出区域均出现在西双版纳、红河等高温潮湿 地州，据此，结合地州气候及桶装饮用水的生产过程重点分析了云南省各地州桶装饮用水中出现铜绿假单胞菌的产 生原因，并围绕其产生原因提出了针对性的防控措施，以期为桶装水企业预防铜绿假单胞菌提供科学的、可行的参 考建议。

Statistical Analysis and Prevention and Control Measures of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Detected in Bottled Water in Yunnan Province

Abstract: Through statistical analysis of the supervision and sampling data of 471 batches of bottled drinking water in various prefectures of Yunnan Province from 2020 to 2023，it was found that a total of 20 batches of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected in unqualified bottled drinking water，with a detection rate of 4.2%，accounting for 71.4% of the unqualified batches，of which 3 batches of 5 samples from the same batch were all detected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa，accounting for 15% of the 20 batches of unqualified samples. In some states，100% of samples were detected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Combined with the field investigation and analysis of various states，the detection areas of Pseudomonas aeruginosa appeared in Xishuangbanna，Honghe and other high temperature and humid prefectures. Hence，the causes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in bottled drinking water in various states of Yunnan Province were analyzed，concerning the climate of the prefecture and the production process of bottled drinking water. Targeted prevention and control measures were put forward in order to provide scientific and feasible reference suggestions for the prevention of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in bottled water enterprises.
