摘要:利用红外光谱仪,首先对维果灵与水反应不同时间的产物进行红外扫描,并分析各个阶段的产物;另外,对各个反应产物在密闭空间和敞开空间的降解速度进行比较。发现维果灵与水反应后的产物不仅仅是甲醇和水,还有一定量的碳酸二甲酯产生,碳酸二甲酯和甲醇在密闭空间比较稳定,一个月内没有明显变化,而在敞开空间极不稳定,碳酸二甲酯在0.5h内消失,甲醇在80min 后消失。实验过程中,同时发现维果灵和水反应的一个类似离子态甲酸甲酯类物质的中间产物,该产物在反应过程中含量稳定,反应结束即消失。

Study on the Reaction Products and Their Stability Based on the Reaction between Dimethyl Dicarbonateand Water

Abstract: The reaction products between dimethyl dicarbonate and water were analysed as well as the stability of thereation products were studied by means of infrared spectroscopy. At the same time,the degradation rate of the reactionproducts between in a closed container and an open space was compared. The study indicated that the reaction productsbetween dimethyl dicarbonate and water not only included methanol and water,but also covered a certain amount ofdimethyl carbonate .The dimethyl carbonate and methanol were stable with no obvious change on the content in amonth in a closed container and extremely unstable in the open space where dimethyl carbonate disappeared in half anhour and methonal in 80 minutes as well. Meanwhile,an intermediate product similar to methyl formate in ion statewas found in the process of the reaction between dimethyl dicarbonate and water,as was stable on its content in theprocess of the reaction and disappeared at the end of the reaction.
