软儿梨的研究进展

摘要:软儿梨营养丰富,食用时将其冷冻、解冻后吸食果汁,而且具有很多保健功能,但是长期以来缺乏对其生理特性的研究,使这种资源不受重视而越来越少。本文就软儿梨目前国内的研究现状进行阐述,以期为软儿梨的开发利用提供依据。

Progress Research of Ruan’er Pear

Abstract: There is much nutrition in Ruan’er pear which is a kind of soft pear with much juice after freezing anddefrosting and also has much health function. However,because research in its physiological property over time islimited,the resource of Ruan’er pear,with less attention,is on the decrease. The current research status of Ruan’erpear interiorly has been elaborated in the paper in order to provide a basis for its development and utilization.
