启力®牛磺酸维生素饮料的毒理学安全性评价

摘要:启力誖牛磺酸维生素饮料是一款依据现代医学和营养学的理论,在强化多种B 族维生素的基础上,增加快速补充能量的葡萄糖,添加咖啡因、牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐作为功效因子,具有缓解体力疲劳、增强免疫力双功能作用的保健功能饮料。参照原卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003 版)对其进行急性毒性和遗传毒性试验(小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和Ames 试验),同时进行大鼠30d 喂养实验。结果表明,雌、雄小鼠的急性经口最大耐受剂量MTD>20000mg/kg,属无毒级;小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和Ames 试验结果均为阴性;大鼠30d 喂养试验期间,动物生长情况良好,各剂量组动物的血液检查、生化指标检查、主要脏器的脏体比及病理组织学检查结果与对照组相比,均无明显差异。

Toxicological Assessment on Safety of Qili Taurine Vitamin Drink

Abstract: Qili is a nutrients beverage with hygienical function of both relieving physical fatigue and refreshing andimmunity enhancement,which was developed according to the theory of modern medicine and nutrition. On the basis ofenhancing vitamins of B group,Qili is added with glucose to replenish quick energy and caffeine,taurine,L-carnitine andD-glucosamine hydrochloride as effect factors. The acute toxicity test,genetic toxicity test (mice bone marrowpolychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test,mice sperm malformation test and Ames test) and 30-day feeding test on ratswere carried out in this study according toTechnical Standards for Testing& Assessment of Healthy Food (2003 Edition).The results showed that the MTD for male and female mice was more than 20000 mg/kg,belonging to non-toxic grade.The results of mice bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test,mice spermmalformation test and Ames testwere all negative. The rats in 30-day feeding test grows well,and no significant differences had been found in blood routineexamination,biochemistry index,organ/body weight ratio of main visceral organs and histopathologic examinationcompared to control group.
