花生芽白藜芦醇减压热回流提取及薄层分析

摘要:探讨了花生芽白藜芦醇的减压热回流提取法,并通过正交试验确定其相应的最佳工艺条件,即热回流时间100min,物料粒度40 目,固液比1∶14,乙醇浓度95%,在此条件下提取率达4.282mg/kg左右。

Study on Extraction and Analysis of Resveratrol fromPeanut BudZHOU Hui-heng

Abstract: This study was to investigate the extraction method of the vacuum heat reflux extraction of peanut budresveratrol,and the optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal test. The thermal reflux time was 100min;theparticle size of the material was 40;the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶14;the ethanol concentration was 95%;and theextraction rate was 4.282mg/kg. In the end,the better development conditions for the determination of resveratrol inthin layer chromatography(5∶4∶1)were explored.
