离子色谱法测定饮用天然矿泉水中硫酸盐

摘要:应用离子色谱法对饮用天然矿泉水中硫酸盐进行直接测定,优化了淋洗液配比浓度。结果表明,方法检出限为0.57滋g/L,方法回收率在98.35%~105.43%之间,方法精密度(RSD%)低于1.62%。该方法具有测试速度快、准确度高、分离度高等优势,适合饮用天然矿泉水中硫酸盐的测定。

Determination of Sulfate in Drinking Natural Mineral Water by Ion Chromatography

Abstract: Ion chromatography is applied to determine sulfate drinking natural mineral water by direct measurement tooptimize eluent concentration ratio. The results showed that the detection limit was 0.57滋g/ L;the recoveries rangedfrom 98.35% to 105.43%;and precision(RSD%)of the method was less than 1.62%. The method has the advantages offast test speed,high accuracy and high degree of separation. It is suitable for determination of sulfate in drinkingnatural mineral water.
