摘要：早期进口的PET 热灌装生产线，对瓶盖杀菌主要采取紫外线杀菌加倒瓶热力杀菌的组合方式，因瓶盖储存和运输过程中存在着不同程度的污染，随着食品安全意识的加强，以往的杀菌方式存在很大的质量风险，已无法满足当前生产需要，提高热灌线瓶盖杀菌能力迫在眉睫。在研究国内外各类杀菌方式、结构特点的基础上，该文提出了通过瓶盖提升机+双向理盖系统+螺旋杀菌系统+水平加热杀菌系统+无菌空气吹扫系统组合的在线杀菌方式，达到提高瓶盖杀菌能力，降低质量风险的目的，同时改善低温环境下瓶盖物理性能，提高产品封盖质量。

A Kind of Spray Sterilization Systemto Improve the Quality of the Caps

Abstract: The sterilization method for the caps mainly takes the combination of UV sterilization and inverted bottle heatsterilization on early imported PET hot filling production lines. Due to the storage and transportation of the caps in thepresence of varying degrees of pollution，with the strengthening of food safety awareness，the previous sterilizationmethods have a great quality risk and are unable to meet the current production needs. Improving the sterilization abilityfor the caps on the hot filling line is imminent. Based on the study of various types of sterilization methods andstructural characteristics at home and abroad，this paper presents the online sterilization method through the combinationof cap hoist machine，spiral sterilization system，horizontal heat sterilization system and sterile air purge system. Thissterilization method can improve the sterilization ability，reduce the risk of quality，improve the physical properties ofthe caps under low temperature environment and improve the capped quality of the product.
