牛磺酸和咖啡因在抗疲劳饮料中的作用

摘要:通过动物试验研究抗疲劳功能饮料中牛磺酸及咖啡因添加的必要性。将雄性ICR小鼠按体重随机分为5组,即溶剂对照组、阳性对照组、全配方复合饮料组、无咖啡因复合饮料组和无牛磺酸复合饮料组。在给予受试物30d 后测定各组小鼠负重游泳持续时间,测定血乳酸、血清尿素和肝糖原等生化指标。结果显示全配方复合饮料组小鼠游泳时间明显长于溶剂对照组(P<0.01),血乳酸曲线下面积(P<0.05)及运动后血清尿素水平显著低于溶剂对照组(P<0.01);无咖啡因组及无牛磺酸组也能够提高小鼠的负重游泳时间并降低小鼠血乳酸水平及剧烈运动后的血清尿素水平,但显著性均不及全配方组;服用无咖啡因复合饮料的小鼠肝糖原比溶剂对照组显著增加(P< 0.01),阳性对照组、全配方组肝糖原水平均较溶剂对照组动物有上升趋势但差异不显著,表明牛磺酸能显著增加小鼠的肝糖原含量,而咖啡因主要缓解精神疲劳,增强小鼠的兴奋性,该研究表明相对于单独使用,咖啡因及牛磺酸同时作用可以达到最好的抗疲劳效果。关键词:牛磺酸;咖啡因;抗疲劳;负重游泳;血乳酸;肝糖原

The Role of Taurine and Caffeine in Anti-fatigue Beverages

Abstract: The necessity of adding taurine and caffeine in antifatigue beverages production was studied through animalexperiments. Male ICR mice were randomly divided into five groups according to body weight: solvent control group,positive control group, fully formulated compound beverage group,caffeine-free beverage group and taurine-freebeverage group. The duration of weight-bearing swimming in mice of each group was determined after the subjects weregiven 30d,and biochemical indexes such as blood lactic acid,serum urea and liver glycogen were measured. Theresults showed that the swimming time of mice fully formulated compound beverage group was significantly longer thanthat of the solvent control group(P<0.01),the area under the blood lactic acid curve(P<0.05)and the serum urea levelafter exercise were significantly lower than those of the solvent control group(P<0.01),the caffeine-free group and thetaurine-free group could also improve the time of weight-bearing swimming and reduce the blood lactic acid level and theserum urea level of the mice after strenuous exercise,but they were not as significant as the fully formulated. The liverglycogen of the mice taking the caffeine-free beverage was significantly increased compared with the solvent control group(P<0.01). The liver glycogen level of the positive control group and the full formulated group was higher than that ofthe solvent control group,but the difference was not significant,indicating that taurine can significantly increase theliver glycogen content of mice,while caffeine mainly relieves mental fatigue and enhances the excitability of mice. Thestudy suggests that combined use of caffeine and taurine can achieve the best anti-fatigue effect rather than single use.
