一种紫外杀菌和微臭氧杀菌结合杀菌工艺的研究

摘要:在包装饮用水行业,臭氧杀菌一直是业界公认的高效、便捷的杀菌方式,但在溴化物含量较高的产品中应用受到限制。紫外杀菌工艺虽然也是安全和高效的杀菌方式,并且不存在溴酸盐超标的风险,但由于其无后续杀菌能力,在非无菌线上的应用受到限制。紫外杀菌和微臭氧杀菌结合杀菌工艺可以解决使用含溴化物水源在非无菌线上应用问题,保证产品的品质和质量安全。

Study on the Sterilization Technology Combined with UV and Ozone

Abstract: Ozone has long been considered as an efficient and convenient way for bottled water sterilizationt,but theapplications are constrained somehow due to the by-product,bromide. UV is also a safe and efficient way for bottledwater sterilization. The applications are also constrained for the lack of continued sterilization,even though nobromide issue. The combination with ozone and UV can perfectly solve the above issues in the bottled water industry.
